How do I place an order?
Browse products, select your choice, and either create an account or checkout as a guest. Registering allows faster checkout, saving addresses, and order tracking. Enter your shipping info, apply any coupons, and select a payment option (COD, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI).

How do I view my cart?
Click the cart icon at the top right. Login to view recent orders in your dashboard.

How do I modify my cart?
Click the cart icon to add/remove items.

How do I sign in and edit my account details?
Login, then visit your Account Information and Address Book to make changes.

How do I know if my order is received?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email. For COD, expect a confirmation call.

What is the delivery time?
India: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
International: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days (based on whether the item is ready-to-ship or customized). Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and courier partner.

How do I check my order status?
Login to your account, go to the dashboard, and view “My Orders”. You can also contact customer service at help@thedoristore.com.

What are the shipping charges?
India: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. There are no additional surcharges.
International: Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location, package weight, and chosen shipping method, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable custom duties or import taxes are to be borne by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.

Can I return an item?
Exchange within 24 hours of receipt by email or phone. The item must reach us within 7 days.

What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is ₹1000.

How do I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery (India only), debit/credit cards, Net banking, UPI.

What should I know about product colors and quality?
We strive to showcase product colors as accurately as possible through natural light photography. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or device screen settings. We encourage you to consider this before making a purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1-2 hours of placing them by emailing us at help@thedoristore.com with your Order ID. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Delivery address modifications can be requested within 1-2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at help@thedoristore.com.
You can also inform us of any changes during the confirmation call we make after receiving your order. After the confirmation call, the address provided will be considered the final shipping address. Please note that address changes are not possible after dispatch.

What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or tampered package?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, email us at help@thedoristore.com within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and pictures of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange, refund, or replacement.

If you receive a tampered package, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and notify us immediately at help@thedoristore.com with your Order ID. If you accept a tampered package, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure condition.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 4-7 days after the returned product passes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Are there any conditions where returns or exchanges are not accepted?
Returns/exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
1. Request is made after the 24-hour window.
2. Product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage due to non-adherence to care instructions.
3. Customized or tailor-made products.
4. Missing price tags, damaged packaging, or products not in their original condition.

What is your return and exchange policy?
1. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at help@thedoristore.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
3. Customized products (e.g., fall and picot) and items with cut blouse fabric are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Can I use multiple coupons on one order?
No, only one coupon can be applied per order.

Are returns applicable for all items?
Returns are only applicable for defective or damaged items. Please refer to the return policy at the end of each page in the footer for more details on our specific return conditions.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries across the globe. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Please note that custom duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer as per the regulations of the destination country.
